in September-2010 is pending with CEO for approval.
Letters written to CEO on this matter remain unanswered. I am
attaching office memo which is pending for approval of CEO, Yamuna
Expressway since September-2010. We may per sue it collectively.

I support the idea. However, before approaching the CEO directly, get more
details via RTI maybe a good idea. We should file and RTI to the Yamuna
Expressway Authority asking (1) their policy regarding transfer of plots
bought on registered GPA & ATS... and (2) policy regarding transfer of plots
where ATL has been executed.
