Concerned Person in YEIDA

Dear YEIDA members,

I am planning to deposit my installment (300 sq M plot; Sector 20 Pocket J) in next couple f days. So I would like to know from YEIDA members few things:

 

1- Who is concerned person in YEIDA office who maintain all files of Challans? I want to confirm submission of my previous challans in YEIDA records.

 

2- Pocket J of sector 20 has been transferred into sector 18 (Came to know about this only from YEIDA google group and some newspaper) but still i have not received any official letter from YEIDA office. Can anyone tell me who can provide me all information along with updated map in YEIDA office?

 

3- How to reach from old YEIDA office to new office (distance-direction between them)?

 

Looking for positive response from all YEIDA members...

The direction of Plot No. 492, Block I, Sector 20... according to the old/existing map is North-East. It is a general plot, located on 12 mt. wide road. However, there has been a slight change according to NEW/PROPOSED map of Block I and J, which have now shifted to Sector 18 (according to the authority officials). In the new map the location of the plot is North-West. It continues to be a general plot, located on 12 mt. wide road.

 

To the best of my knowledge and understanding... Block I and Block J, have been shifted to Sector 18... There is a so called proposed map, which I have uploaded quite a few times in the past. That said... even though I am told that the new locations are 100% confirmed... I would like to place a disclaimer... since the authority has NOT officially declared the changes... the so call proposed map... technically... stands only as provisional proposal.

Hello All,
I have visited Yamuna Express way yesterday and was trying to figure out the location of sector 20 but could not find it. Also, while I asked some localites, they started arguing and it was like fighting situation. Ultimately I have to run away to save myself.
Local people are doing farming and they said, ''there is no plot and sector''.

Mr Anand !

Yes this happend in noida/Gr noida earlier and the same tendency will be alive for YEIDA plot also till no majot development work takes place by the authority. Like in noida expressway, few years back say 4-5 years, farmers used to continue their farming on the land where jaypee now making wishtown and after heavy work started on that area all the ifs and buts stopped.  So, I  think the main question is large scale development work that needs to be started soon by the authority so that the situation does not get scarry to all of us and other people/buisness units.

 

lets see how and when it happens ! but yes, I can feel your imotion and its obvious to be scarred to hear all those because we are paying out heard earned money anyhow. But be positive, one day we will do small farming in our small garden and wide balcony also:-)

Hi Mr Akhil,

1) You straight go the reception of YEIDA office and inform
the receptionist that you want to check the installments/file. He will
ask for original allotment letter and direct the property
department's person to show your file. The property department guys
are sitting on reception counter itself.

Please carry original allotment letter and all bank challans along
with photocopies. If any challan would be missing, just you do the
self attest of photocopy and give it to them. They will attach to your
file. Most probably, the bank challan of second installment may be
missing because that challan are in custody of company, which managed
the YEA's online system and computers and now invovled in court case
with YEA.


2) New proposed Map of Sector 18 & 20 is available on following

Mr Safal is the best person to provide all informations.


3) From old YEIDA office, Please come to the Pari Chowk. From Pari
Chowk, take turn on Noida-G. NOIDA Expressway toward NOIDA. Appx 1 Km
from Pari Chowk (Opp Expo Center), you will find a exit for left turn
for Sector,P-2 /Omega-1. Take the left turn and cover appx 1.5 KM
on this road. You will see a commerical complex ( Made of Green
Tiles) on left-hand side of the road. YEIDA office is located at first
floor. Below is the address.
