Helloo Frends,

 

Is there any one who knows the process of making the full payment incase of 500 SQM plot.

 

As per YEA, Other then the registration cost of Rs 2 Lakh. I need to pay a total of amount Rs 21,28,500 / - through the DD. It is after a 2% discount (Rs 47500/-) and plus Rs 1000/ - ( May be the web portal charge).

 

I will much appreciate if some one can confirm the amount calculation is correct.

Friend / Co-worker / Relative (not in Blood relation).

 

Plz suggest if any body get the Loan approval by having blood relative guarantor.

giving loan without guarantor & they are taking all papers from
guarantor as from applicant even on stamp papers. But guarantor can be

There are many financial institutions who are providing loan in this

surprised that our forum members did not know that other than LICHF &
HDFC are providing loan because no one posted this. The wrong practice
on the part of LICHF.

You need to pay total of Rs 21, 28500 after 2% discount and adjusting
the registration amount.
