Is it extended for down payment as well? or for payment plan 1 or 2?
Jan 16th is the original due date for my plot. Will I be getting 2% DP
discount if I deposit after Jan 16th?
Appreciate if you could please confirm. I tried calling YEA however
not picking up the phone. Are they closed for tdy?

Dear Komal,
Since you are going for full payment, it is advisable to pay in time.
The payment extension is all likelihood will have 14% interest, and
you may lose your 2% discount as well. So don't take chances. This 15
days delay can cost you ~1Lakh rupees.

Others, who are new to the forum may not know this. We get insider's
info. from time to time. The person who discloses the info. will not
disclose his source which is understandable. It is upto our members to
believe it or reject it.

This info. was a rumor before, and now it is TRUE (rumor). This
becomes news when Dy CEO R.K Singh briefs the news reporter after
some days.

i concur with arnab

on my visit yesterday, they had stuck a pc of paper on the wall the
extension date for 1000 and above plots. it was clearly mentioned in
brackets ( with interest payments only)

so better not take any risks while doing cash down payments.

Dear Safal,
I applied for loan and HDFC is taking time to disburse the funds. I
might need to go back to plan II if they won't be able to disburse by
Jan 16th and dates hasn't been extended. Per my last discussion with
their RSM, they wud be able to do it 18th or 19th. If date has been
extended for DP as well and 2% DP discount applies to folks submitting
on 18th or 19th then I would prefer to go for DP. At 14% pa, it only
INR 1000/- for two days. Cud you please help getting details if 2% DP
is applicable for deposits coming on 18th/19th?

I am falling short by some amount for initial 30 % payment so will be great if the date gets extended.

Hi All,

See my above post in which I mentioned about the authority extending
the date by 31st January 2010.The other day the news was out...

One thing to be highlighted that the 2 % discount given to people
making one time payment will be provided as it is till 31st Jan 2010,
only the interest @ 14% will be charged.

Hi All,
Today few hours back I was at YEA office.

The person who is at the counter receiving address change and transfer
requests.. is NOT confirming the news of extension.

When I went few weeks back there used to be one or two printouts on
wall which mentioned extension of 1K, 2K, 4K plots and interest of
14%. Now these printouts are removed and they have kept another
printout of advertisement which came in some Hindi news paper. This
new printout mentions extension of Big plots up to 4th Jan 2010 only.

Not sure.. how to confirm the news of extension !!! Even when we call
customer care, their answer is "non confirming".

There is nothing on YEA office notice board which mentions that
extension is up to 31st Jan.
