Can I made payment of 8 instalments advance to YEA. AFTER DEPOSITING
30% MONEY.

Dear Mehar and all others,
For people who wants to pay excess money and not full amount to YEA
should consider taking a loan from HDFC / LIC and opt for 100% payment
option. That way you will save 28,000 (2% discount).
Complicating payment plan with YEA may not help.

Thanks Arnab,
I agree with you on the 2% rebate and other financial benefits.
However, I just want to know if YEIDA would allow or is allowing the
part pre-payment so that those who miss out on the loan can at least
keep their interest outgo at a minimum.

Dear Deepak,
From people's experience, we have seen that YEA is not allowing to
change plans from Option2 to Option 1 or the other way around.
That would suggest to me, that partial payment is discouraged and they
would like you to follow your allotment letter's payment schedule.
So we all have 2 choices,
a) Original payment plan
OR
b) 100% payment plan.
