I am not able to find the YCIG charter (i think google groups link
seems broken), if anyone have it in hand, can you kindly send me

yes it is not in google group anymore since, google groups was moved to new version (I have copy of old pages anyway) and I saved some in google doc, the charter is here https://docs.google.com/document/pub?id=1cO6ffvBQSqQYCz0sbAPGbW50k0stxBd1tlErlM0_MK0
