Hi,

Does anyone knows how can I perform YASAI with inputs in one sheet and
the ouputs in the other?
I've a licence of cristal ball, but this sofware makes the excel file
inop.

Thank you in advance.

I think YASAIw from the State of Washington Department of Ecology can do
this kind of thing (they have some gigantic models). For the main
version aimed at students, it wouldn't be desirable, since they often
put different homework problems on different spreadsheet plies, and
things could go haywire.

At some point, I am thinking of adding an option to simulate only the
current sheet or the whole workbook.

You should be able to use inputs on one sheet and outputs on another sheet without any problems with YASAIw, which is a modified version of the original YASAI. All you would need to do is use the proper sheet and cell references in the arguments for the SIMOUTPUT function.

Crystal Ball should not make YASAIw inoperable. I have both installed and have not had any problems. Start Excel as you normally would to use YASAIw instead of starting Crystal Ball.

Please tell me if you are getting any kind of error messages or exactly what steps you are doing to start YASAIw when problems occur.

You can download the current version of YASAIw from this link:
