Subject: yara submitted to the openSUSE security repo
This is just a quick note that I've packaged yara for openSUSE.

I just submitted it to the security repo.  Likely it will show up
there in the next week or so.  Hopefully it will be tested there for a
month or so, then submitted to the main distro for release this summer
in openSUSE 12.2.

You can download the current yara specfile from:
https://build.opensuse.org/package/view_file?file=yara.spec&package=y...

The yara-python specfile is at:
https://build.opensuse.org/package/view_file?file=python-yara.spec&pa...

I think it would be helpful to future packagers if you added the
specfiles as examples to your 2 zip files.  Most rpm based distros use
similar specfiles.

fyi: I packaged an older version because I'm ultimately trying to
package volatility and it shows v1.4 on it wiki.  If you can confirm
new versions of yara work with volatility I can update the version I
have packaged.
