Hi,
Do you know if I can execute a publisher (from your examples)
1.- inside a Java micro edition??
2.- and inside an applet??

I knew that micro edition didn't support CORBA;
some time I read on the web the reasons....
I remember that biggest problem was when You wish to execute a server inside a micro version.

YAMI4 as a library has a relatively simple structure and relies only
on some few basic standard packages. It is not clear to me what is the
functionality of Java micro edition, but the simplest way to check is
to just compile and run one of the examples.

Same answer here.

In both cases there might be issues and limitations related to
security and accessing sensitive system functions like networking. But
as long as you can open a socket and read/write any data through it,
YAMI4 should work, too.
