Can't choose source and target

I've just tried to run XXClone Freeware for the first time, but I
can't enter the source and target volume ids. Typing into the boxes
has no effect, and the pull-down lists are all blank. Also, the
diskmgmt button does nothing. The other controls on the "XXClone
setting up" screen behave as expected.
In Vista, right-click on Computer, select Manage/Storage/Disk
Management shows the details of my drives and they seem OK.
What am I doing wrong?

Giomach,
I may be out of date on this, but I think xxclone
works only for XP and prior NT versions, but does not (yet) clone Vista
operating systems. Others can correct me if I'm wrong about
that.
