render png alpha on object

I use a png with alpha as a texture.
This is the render:

The alpha on the object is gone.
Now how can i get this correct in mental ray?

There's probably a more elegant solution but you can do this (see attached)

you have to pipe the alpha through, or it isn't picked up..

Ok almost there, i got strange white rectangles which have to do with png optimalisation i guess.
Can this be because i saved on photoshop in mac os x? I don't have photoshop on my pc.
Here is the latest texture.
This one also shows red stuff in it which shouldn't be there.
