I have a strange problem here,

My pc (Win7-64) crashed while working on a scene. Now 2012 SAP crashes
after trying to open an ICE tree viewer (alt + F9, or in a window).
First I tried to runonce.bat, but it didn't help. Then uninstall 2012
SAP and reinstall (in same directory - did delete old directory though),
problem persists. I had Si installed in custom path (c:\softimage\....)

So, before I reinstall windows and what not... Is there some additional
folder I should try to delete and reinstall again, or?

Thanks,

Christian

You can try to delete (make a backup) user preferences folder. It's in
C:\Users\user_name\Autodesk\Softimage_2012_Subscription_Advantage_Pack
by default.

Try to append "_bak" to the following folder and trying to start
Softimage again. That's where your user prefs and all are stored. Can
become corrupt on occasion.
C:\Users\[User]\Autodesk\Softimage_2012_Subscription_Advantage_Pack

I just noticed that Alt + F9 doesn't work if I have Photoshop running in the background :)
Would be fun if someone else could try it too.

Same here - alt+9 doesn't work when Photoshop is started.

Hehe yeah it's a strange bug :)
Testing some more and it seems it's only happening when Photoshop is minimized, not if PS is just lying in the background.
Alt+2 to Alt+9 is affected but not Alt+1 or Alt+0.
