Adjust your forum e-mail preferences.  Get e-mails of every post, every day or never.  Sign in and click on "Edit my membership" at the right menu bar.   

Because of spam, all messages will be moderated (your message may be delay-posted until moderated).  The RSS feed is great, especially if you use the Safari web browser, it gives an update of new forum topics.
