Hi, all,

I've just posted the first installment of a introduction to using pyxnat to access the Human Connectome Project's ConnectomeDB, with a particular eye to the OHBM Hackathon. Please take a look if you get a chance and let me know what you think -- I'm eager to right and wrongs and uncloud anything left foggy.

Thanks,
Kevin

Um, right *any* wrongs. Not rights and wrongs. Yes rights, no wrongs.

This may be a long afternoon.

Okay, now I'm wondering how long it would have taken me to notice that omission.

hey guys,

along these lines, could we map the file location to the s3 location, via pyxnat or otherwise, if available?

cheers,

satra

Satra,

That's the plan, via an extension to pyxnat. I concluded it was more important to get some information out early than to make sure everything was all wrapped up with a bow. Planning/hoping to have the URL mapping ready by the end of the month.
