How does one go about removing failed or never started "queued"
items. I'm recieving the following error when trying to start a new
one:

A pipeline is currently queued or running for this data. Please wait
for the pipeline to complete.

Thanks,
Ben

on the mrsession report, under History, you can click on the pipeline which is queued and delete the workflow entry (as admin)

Thanks for the quick reply, unfortunately there are not actions on the
screen when I click on the history. Just what I see below. Any other
ideas?

Thanks,
Ben

Ben,

You'll need to 'register' the wrk:workflowdata data-type for it to be managed by XNAT.  You can do this by going to the Administration -> Data Types.

·         Click Setup Additional Data Type

·         Select wrk:workflowData

·         You don’t want this data type to show up everywhere, so make the datatype un-browseable, un-searchable, and un-secured.

·         Hit Next, and then Save.

·         Once it has been stored, you may need to add the delete action (if it isn’t already there).

o    Click Edit

o    Add a Report Action

o    Name=delete

o    Display Name=Delete

o    Image=delete.gif

o    Secure Access=delete

o    Sequence= something higher than the others.

Then return to the session and click on the workflow.  You should have the action box then.

Ben,

Try this:

As Administrator:

Under Administer - > DataTypes -> Setup Additional DataType

Select wrk:workflowdata

Once the datatype is added (select NO for all the choices), click on it and in the resulting page, setup the action box  like this:

Tim and Mohana,

Thanks much! I can now go home for the weekend with at least one problem
solved (many non-xnat).

Thanks again,
Ben
