Purchased XMING - No activation code?

Hello!

In the last week I bought a lincense for xming pro (paid via paypal).

Until now I haven't received no single confirmation and NO activation
code which makes me feel uncomfortable. I sent an email to the
support, but unfortunately there was no answer neither.

Whats going on? Anyone with the same problems?

Hi Chris,

This strange, I've bought 2 licences yesterday and it work like a charm.
Have got the confirmation within 10 minutes from paypal & xing.

2 minutes later I've got my serial number.

What strange in your case is that you don't receive the ticket from paypal.
Did you check if you have a transaction inside your paypal account ?
(In my case the transaction was here 60 secondes after the payment)
I suspect a dead timeout or whatever if you doesn't have the paypal
transaction
sure xmind doesn't have also a trace.

Hi!

Hmm, at least I am please that XMIND does provide the license codes
and that there is just some problem in my case ;)

..and yes, I got the Paypal mail including the Transaction Code
Directly after the payment was made.

Hmm, strage, I still hope that XMIND will Answer my support inquiry.

Hi Chris

Normally, XMIND sends the serial number automatically after purchase. If you can not find that email, you should supply your transaction code to XMIND LTD (sup...@xmind.org, or  sa...@xmind.org) to ask the reason and your serial number.

Stephen just contacted me via Skype and he was able so tolve my
problem!

Great Service, thank you very much!

(The E-Mail was sent to me, however it never reached my inbox, most
probably it is blocked by our spam filter...)
