I have not found the way to copy the format of a topic into another
one. Does it exist ?
If not, it should. Something like the "format painter" in Word and
such...

No~ such thing like "format painter" doesn't exist in XMind...

Hi, "Format Painter" or called "Format Brush' is really a good
feature. And it's on our todo list.
