Hi
I upgraded to Pro this morning, but have yet to use any of its
features.
When I try to log-in I get an error message.

Line 1
jQuery is undefined.

Hi

What's your OS?
If your are using Windows, please do not block the jQuery  in your IE.
XMind inside browser uses IE on Windows, Safari on Mac OSX, and Firefox on Linux.

Regards,
Vivian

Hi Vivian
Thanks for the reply.
I am indeed on Windows.

How do I unblock the jQuery? Is it do with firewall settings?

thanks

Yes, I think so. Please check your firewall settings.

I really don't know what to look for.

Should I be looking for setting in my IE, or should I be asking my IT
department to see if our firewall blocks jQuery?

Hi

If you are behind a firewall, you can just add "http://www.xmind.net/" to the trust list(white list).

If you are using Proxy to access internet, please use the same setting in XMind too:
Edit > Preferences > Network Connections

Here, please select "Manual" at Active Provider menu. Then, you select the type of proxy you are using and click "Edit" to change settings.

Regards
Vivian
