How to change the colors of color bar in xjView?

For some reason, I have to change the scale of the color of color bar?How to change the colors of color bar in xjView?

Letty,

Changing the "colorbar max" value can change the color of the colorbar. If you want to change the color to a totally different color (e.g. green), you have to modify a few lines in the source code, which I am happy to help if you can tell me exactly what you need.

Dear Xu, 

I just see that the xjview version 8.111 fix the the max colormap bug.

How can we then invert the color bar next to the overlay? 0 vx is dark red and for example, 8 voxels are visualised in white.

Carolina,

Currently you can't invert the color bar in xjview.

But if you are familiar with matlab script, you may search 'gray-hot' and then you can tweak colors to whatever you want.
