Hi Xu and group:

Please forgive me if this question is too simple. When we select "all"
for display, we can get both positive and negative side from T maps,
using warm and cold color respectively. But if one side did not
survive the thresholding, the map will switch to the survived side and
always change back to the warm color. Is there any way to skip this
switch action thus the negative side can still display in cold color?

Your description is accurate. Unfortunately you can't display the "negative" side in cold color in this version. However, if you are familiar with MatLab, you can find corresponding lines in xjview.m and change the color.
