关于经过REHO处理后在xjview上只能显示正激活图片的问题

亲爱的XV CUI：你好~
1.我通过f-mri扫描（静息态磁共振的数据包是采用的上海仁济医院的）后得到了数据，再经过REHO处理后得到图片（其图片我仔细对比了你发给我的
example图片，不明显区别）。
2.扫描患者为无明显脑功能异常的患者（即正常人）
3.得到的通过xjview显示的是只有正激活 红色的区域，我发现这里不能发图片，我另发一份邮件到你们这。
真心希望你们能帮帮我，我每天都会等你们的回复，谢谢啦

我不是很清楚reho，因此不清楚处理后的图片有什么改变。不过没有负激活区也可能是因为负激活没有达到阈值。

您好，huangya...@163.com，我同意崔博士的猜测。除此之外，用ReHo的结果在除以全脑均值之后，大部分都在1左右，所以在做t检验之前，还需要你减一，因为单样本t检验是和0比。鉴于你提供的信息有限，我也只能大致猜测你没有减一，希望这能有所帮助。

另外，对于静息态而言，在某种功能连接计算方法之后得到的统计差异明显的区域，可能不能用“激活”这个任务态专用的术语，对于ReHo，可能只能说局部活动的一致程度相对更高或者更低。
