conversion from afni (head/brik)

Hi Xu,

I hope that you can help me out.
I am trying to use xjview to view some results from 3dMEMA in AFNI. I
tried 3dAFNItoANALYZE and I got some pretty major registration errors
when I opened the img/hdr files in xjview. I made sure the head/brik
files were in MNI space prior to conversion as well.

I also tried converting to NIFTI with 3dAFNItoNIFTI and using some
Matlab tools to get to img/hdr, but although there were no
registration problems, I then got some substantial p value errors.

Do you know of any other ways I could go about converting the files
that would be more compatible?
