Hi!
i need your help!
i have create a new 'structure map' (see your manual 4, in the section
Control Panel, 11). I modifty with matlab the TD database (contenent
DB and wholeMaskMNIAll database) and then i find my new structur in
the list!
but i have some problem with the dimension of the figure...i take my
information(the coordinate of the pixel that i put in the
wholeMaskMNIAll database) from an .HDR image,just in MNI space (using
jim - dimension 91,109,91) but with xjview graphic i find my ROIs in a
different position...
Can you help me?!?!

Federica,

The coordinates that can be recognized by xjview should be in MNI space, and should have a resolution 2mm. You may take a look at other structure coordinates as examples.
