the file doc/pisa-en.html looks like it contains some useful information - I don't think it's hosted anywhere (apart from github) - am I right?
I think it would be more useful in reStructuredText format. If I send in a patch to convert it to rst will it be accepted?

I wanted to do this some time ago but never had enough time to do it.
