Fix for expiring Ebsco PDF links

I've also committed a fix for Ebsco PDF links. Ebsco now expires the link after a day, so any records in your saved records area with these links have stopped working.

Latest in trunk and 1.8.x branch have it.

Again, If you're not using svn to track changes, you can download this file.

Hi,
We are currently on a shared server and running version 1.7.0. I am having trouble changing the header on our mobile screen. I have tried using a custom my_univ_branding and several different css entries in the local-mobile.css. Is there something I am missing?
