Xerial & SQLite Encryption Extension (SEE)

Does the xerial jdbc driver work SEE (http://www.hwaci.com/sw/sqlite/
prosupport.html)? If so, would I just use the ATTACH command for it?
Has it been tested?

I haven't used SEE code, a commercial version of SQLite.
I have no idea whether my SQLite JDBC works with SEE or not.
