Boa tarde!
No Xen Server Free Versão 6 as maquinas virtuais não inicializam
automaticamente quando o servidor é ligado.
Montei um script de inicialização das maquinas mas não sei como
executar na inicialização.
Alguem sabe onde ficam os arquivos de inicialização do xenserver ou
como faço para iniciar as maquinas automaticamente?

Olá, boa tarde.

   Vc pode colocar os comandos (scripts) dentro de /etc/rc.local para
que sejam executados na inicialização
mas dá um sleep de alguns segundos (apesar de eu não saber se é
necessário) antes da inicialização das VMs q vc queira

Eu sei como fazer pel pelo XenCenter:
- Entre nas propriedades da VM e selecione "Boot Options" e marque a opção
"Auto-start on server boot".

Via console também deve ter como fazer, mas não sei como.. rs...

The following CLI commands may provide what you are looking for. Note
that these commands won't work with the current beta, since this
functionality was just (re-)added to a very recent build of the
product.

1. Enable the VM auto start feature on a pool :
xe pool-param-set uuid=... other-config:auto_poweron=true

2. Then on each VM you want to auto start you would execute:
xe vm-param-set uuid=... other-config:auto_poweron=true

Tambem estou com esse problema e nao consegui achar respostas!

Wemerson, essa opcao que voce citou no e-mail nao aparece na versao 6.0
do xenserver.

Estava lendo em alguns foruns gringos, parece que foi desabilitada por
conflitos com outras features do xenserver...

Se alguem tiver alguma ideia, dica ou solucao, por favor enviar para a
lista.
Preciso muito dessa solucao!

Cara, já mandei dois posts com a solução para o problema posto.
Enfim... é a terceira e última vez que posto a solução para este
problema:

1. Localize o identificador do POOL com o comando "xe pool-list"
2. Configure a inicialização automática do POOL com o comando "xe pool-
param-set uuid=POOL_UUID other-config:auto_poweron=true"
3. Localize o identificador da máquina a ser inicializada
automaticamente com o comando "xe vm-list"
4. Configure a inicialização automática da VM com o comando "xe vm-
param-set uuid=VM_UUID other-config:auto_poweron=true"

Repita os passos 1 e 2 tanto sejam os POOLs e os passos 3 e 4 tanto
sejam as VMs.

Bom dia  desculpe sou novo por aqui  tentei esse comando(*xe pool-param-set
uuid=cons other-config:auto_poweron=true*) porem não sei se esta bem
formatado ele não identifca o nome do Pool e da o seguinte erro
