Deployment of binaries in Nexus and central repositories

Hi,

  I just setup everything on project and server sides to allow to deploy xcmis projects on Nexus and soon on maven central repository.

  I invite you to review and read carefully these set of issues I worked on :

  In parent pom I added myself as committer because this entry is required but it isn't really relevant :-) Please add all active developers in it

  Alexey, Andrey, take care to setup GPG on your laptop (http://jira.exoplatform.org/browse/CMIS-381) before the next release. Test it by launching a build with option -Psign-artifacts
