QUOI: Raclette de Noël
OU: Salle Polyvalente au bâtiment CE à l'EPFL puis plus tard au Vinyl
QUAND: A 19h le 7 décembre.
PRIX: CHF 17.-, CHF 2.- de réduction avec la carte ESN
AMENER: Un petit cadeau (valeur environ CHF 5.-)
INSCRIPTION: A partir de lundi 05.12. à l'AGEPoly. Inscription sur place
possible mais plus chère (5.- de plus).

Pour commencer à fêter la fin de l'année Xchange organise pour toi et tes
amis le Dîner de Noël le plus cool que tu aies connu! Ca se passe le
Mercredi 7 Décembre dans la Salle Polyvalente (CE)!!!

C'est vraiment un évènement Xchange à ne pas manquer et la
meilleure
manière de réunir une dernière fois la grande famille Xchange
(et amis) avant que les premiers partent déjà en vacances!.
Après un apéro, on mangera tous ensemble sera une raclette à volonté avec
du vin offert puis on fêtera comme il se doit. Le tout est offert pour la
somme modeste de CHF 15.-, 17.- si vous avez pas la carte ESN. Pour les
motivés on ira en ville au Vinyl (Place de Tunnel) plus tard ou il y a des
prix réduits sur la bière (3.-) sur présentation de votre carte ESN.
En plus il y aura le père Noël présent qui vous distribuera des cadeaux.
L'idée c'est que chacun amène un petit cadeau (la valeur devra pas
dépasser 5.-) et le met dans le grand sac du père Noël. Tout le monde qui
amène un cadeau à droit de aléatoirement recevoir un autre du sac. Soyez
donc créatifs et trouvez une petite chose qui fera plaisir à quelqu'un
d'autre du repas. :)
Venez donc nombreux à notre raclette phénoménale!
INSCRIPTIONS : Si tu veux participer, il faut s'inscrire à partir de lundi
5 décembre à partir de midi et au plus tard jusqu'à mercredi 16h à
l'AGEPoly. Sinon c'est possible de payer sur place, mais le prix est plus
elevé, 5.- de plus pour tout le monde.

Il n'y aura pas de remboursement en cas de désistement.

Ladies and Gentlemen,
in order to start celebrating the end of the year, Xchange invites you and
your friends to the coolest Christmas dinner you have ever seen. It will take
place on the 7th of December in the Salle Polyvalente, in the CE building of
the EPFL!!!

This is the Xchange event you will not want to miss and its the best way to
get the Xchange family and friends together before the first ones will leave
for the holidays.
For the modest sum of 15.- (17.- without ESN card) we offer you apéro, as
much raclette as you want and a cool party. Afterwards, we will move to the
city centre, to the Vinyl club (Place de Tunnel), where there is a cheap beer
(3.-) if you show your ESN card.
Also, Santa will be present, so if you behaved this year you will get a
present! The idea is that everyone brings a small present with a value of
around 5.- and puts it into santa's big bag. after the dinner, everyone that
has brought a present will receive a random gift that someone else brought
out of the big bag. Be creative and find a cool gift for someone else at the
dinner. :)
SIGN-UP: In order to sign-up for the dinner, you can pay at Agepoly starting
Monday, 5.12. at 12h. You can sign up until wednesday at 16h or if you
absolutely can not make it, in the evening before the party, it will just
cost 5.- more.
