Unicode library

Hi all,

I have uploaded unc.zip to the files area

This contains a library for making and handling UTF8, UTF16 and UTF32
Unicode in Xblite

The readme.txt file gives details of the install process
There is a small demo program, unc_demo.x to get you started and a
comprehensive help file unc.chm

I have done a reasonable amount of testing but there are bound to be a
few bugs still to find

Impressive work, Alan!

I can see some use for our GTK+ specialists (Liviu and Julien). I will
see how I can use it for my xblCockpit, which is a Unicode application
since I allow to choose between English, French and Spanish for the
texts and messages' language.
