Hi,

I've recently downloaded the latest XAM SDK package
(xamsdk-0.3.0.zip), from which I used the .jar files which were
shipped with the distribution.

However, after many tests and hiccups, I've found out that the
xamlib.jar and referenceVIM.jar were older versions than the source
code included in the distribution.

This is very confusing, since it gives you the impression that a full
compile of the Java XAM Library is not necessary, but it obviously is.

Can you either put an updated library jar in the distribution, or
remove them from the distribution forcing people to compile the
library before using it, so that other people will not have the same
problems I had before.

I hope this helps to mature the SDK.

This is a known issue with V0.3. I believe it corrected in the SVN
repository, and later releases should not have this problem.

Thanks for the input!
