Software Engineering Mgr

• Create the Center of Excellence for Integration Operations

• Leading a team responsible for implementing integration process,
tools, reports, to meet the growing user community demands.

• Leading a team responsible for triaging integration issues • Align
strongly with the Business strategy of stakeholders globally
distributed teams.

• Utilize previously acquired technical experience to become actively
involved in day-to-day projects to meet schedules and resolve
problems.

• Take responsibility for results, including costs, methods and
staffing.

• 2-5 yrs experience of release management or related areas.

• At least 2 yrs in Project and People management.

• Drive for results and passion for working with different engineering
teams.

• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.

• Must have solid understanding of the software development
methodologies and lifecycle and be able to follow the standard
development processes.

• Demonstrated track record of growing and leading productive, self-
managed software development teams.

• People management of a highly technical team at various engineering
levels, resulting in high levels of motivation and low levels of
attrition

• Build a culture of innovation that yields continuous improvement and
optimum use of human and hardware resources and reduces overall
project costs

• Proven ability to listen to users, understand pain points, define
crisp requirements and design solutions to solve real problems.

• Proven ability to plan strategically and maintain focus to achieve
positive results even in environments with conflicting and changing
priorities.

• Demonstrate sound understanding technical and human aspects of the
challenges in creating a development environment for high quality
software products.

• Experience in supporting high level technical users and custom
designed tools. • Ability to work collaboratively within a large cross
functional organization team in order to meet aggressive goals and
high quality standards.

- A minimum of 8 years of experience as an individual contributor and
2 to 5 years as a people manager is required.

- A Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer
Science, a Master Degree, or a PhD; or equivalent experience is
required.
