HyperTreeList imports wx.gizmos but doesn't use it

Hmmm, apparently wx.gizmos changes the wx namespace because when the
import wx.gizmos is removed symbols like wx.TREE_HITTEST_ONITEMCOLUMN
cannot be found. So ignore this patch.

It might be worth taking a look at what wx.gizmos is doing to the wx
namespace and then simply re-define the constants needed by
HyperTreeList in wx.lib.agw.hypertreelist itself. I don't think those
constants will change that much over the years. I'll take a look at it
later if I can, otherwise bye bye to everyone, I am off on a
looooooong holiday :-D

If you find any other bugs, please post them to the Trac, as I'll be
away for 3 weeks and they will get lost for sure.
