.. Special Event Impacting SKYWARN in Areas 1 and 3 ..

Amateur radio operators will be providing essential communications for
the annual MS Society bike ride between Richmond and Williamsburg. This
event will occupy two SKYWARN repeaters the weekend of June 2 and 3.

* W4RAT 146.88 MHz .. Richmond SKYWARN Primary .. alternate repeater is
KA4CBB 147.360 MHz in Chesterfield, VA.

* KB4ZIN 146.76 MHz .. Williamsburg SKYWARN Primary .. alternate
repeater is KB4ZIN 147.105 MHz in Williamsburg.

These repeaters will be in use from approximately 600 AM through 700 PM
local time both days. Bike traffic will be moving from Richmond to
Williamsburg Saturday and from Williamsburg to Richmond on Sunday.

In the event of SKYWARN activation during this event, the alternate
repeater frequencies listed above will be used.
