PREVIOUS DISCUSSION..SKYWARN Spotters are encouraged to report
significant weather according to established reporting criteria via
telephone or eSpotter. Ham radio net activation is not expected, but
Net Controllers are encouraged to monitor designated SKYWARN frequencies
when possible to capture any stray reports which might be called in via
amateur radio.
