more on wxTreeBook sizing

This is a followup to my previous post.

I've found that if the wxTreeBook is tall enough to show all the items, it displays properly. The current wxTreeBook has 10 items. If I reduce the height, the vertical scrollbar doesn't show up until the size has shrunk to where the tenth item is completely hidden and to where it's about one pixel away from hitting the bottom of the ninth item. If I shrink it to where the scrollbar shows up and then stretch it, the vertical scrollbar stays until it's no longer needed.

While I am shrinking it through the range where the scrollbar should be displayed, but isn't the screen flashes like it is drawing then erasing the scrollbar.
