Hi,
I discovered this problem in my application that uses doc/view, therefore
the patch is made against docview sample.
If you apply this patch and run the sample on Windows you will get couple
of problems.

1. The text control on the notebook will not stretch to fill the whole
area of the notebook.
2. The bottom border of the notebook won't be visible.

I'm running Windows XP Service Pack 2 with wx TRUNK revision 62190 and
Visual Studio 6.

Just tried my program on Linux with wxGTK.
The bottom border is displayed.

So, on wxGTK there is only issue number 1.
