Attached is a diff which merges in Simon Law's XPLC moniker handling
work from sfllaw-uniconf into the wvstreams_inversion_2 branch. If I
understand the code correctly, these changes only involve modifying the
way objects are constructed using monikers: changing wvstreams to only
load the symbols (and corresponding libraries) when needed would involve
further work.
Thus, the followup questions are:
1. Does this change bring any immediate benefit?
2. How much work would it be to make substantial portions of WvStreams
loadable on demand? (rather than just on startup)
