[PATCH] get ready for parallel build

Hello,

when I wanted to build wvstreams in parallel I ran into bunch of
errors.
To fix it I've added some missing dependencies to Makefile and now it
seems to work well. Would be possible to get the patch upstream?

Thanks for the patch, looks pretty good. It would indeed be good if
WvStreams was parallel buildable again. I'll have a go at applying it
this weekend to my branch of wvstreams and let you know the result.
