Updated MacPorts portfiles for wview-5.6.2 and radlib-2.8.4

I have updated the portfiles for radlib and wview, but unfortunately they haven't made it to the MacPorts distribution yet. Rather than waiting any longer, I'll post them here in the event somebody wants to use them. 

To set up a local ports repository:

1) Unzip the attached ports.zip directory

I just uploaded updated portfiles for radlib-2.8.4 and wview-5.6.4 to
the Files area. Download and unzip the "ports.zip" file and follow the
instructions above to create a local ports directory.

With any luck, these will be committed to the MacPorts distribution
soon.
