Firstly, Hello to all.

I seem to be having a small issue with htmlgend when it starts up or
the server is rebooted.

My setup consists of the following:
LaCrosse WS-2308 with serial to USB converter (ftdi-sio which is
working fine)
NSLU-2 flashed with slugOS 4.8 (le) with 80G hdd.
wview, version 4.0.1 (binary package installed with "ipkg install
wview-ws2300-mysql")
radlib version 2.7.5 as per the binary install for this OS version and
required for wview 4.0.1

Pasted below is a copy of "/var/log/messages"

This is far as it goes.
Station Init does not show as having ended.
No image generation which one would expect to see.

I have seen in the change logs their was an issue with a "a boundary
loop" with in htmlgend but it is for a much later version (5.5.4).
Could it be the same problem?

Either way, does anyone have any ideas as to get this problem solved

Bit of an update.

Thanks for looking!

Thinking that maybe wvpmond may be the problem too but I'm not really
to sure.

It's working!!

It turns out that the USB <-> Serial converter had crapped itself.
(FTDI-SIO)

I bought a PL-2303 bases USB <-> Serial converter.

The old converter did work to start off with but gave up the ghost
after 1 day :(

I do have another question but I'll check the FAQ's first and then
post a question if need be.

Cheers,

Col.
