Hello again.

I finally have wview and and running on my NSLU-2.

Wview is a great a little program and you should be congratulated for
it.

As mentioned in my previous post, my USB<->Serial converter had
stuffed up and as a result it gave the appearance that the whole
program had gone to sleep.

Whilst I was troubleshooting the adaptor, I also decided to 'rebuild'
my Slug and re-flash it to Debian.

Once that was done, I then used your 'wview-install-debian' script. It
worked a charm. It's now running wview 5.6.4.

Now the problem I am having is that the table on the left hand side is
showing Metric measurements as per my configuration settings. The
graphs and dials are also showing Metric values but the value types
are being shown as Imperial. i.e. C temp reading but dial and graph
show the values as being F.

Here's the web address for you to have a look at, you'll see what I
mean.

Thanks for your help and keep up the great work on this program!

Cheers,
Col.

There's a file images.conf, in wview's etc directory (for me, /usr/
local/etc/wview/images.conf). During setup this file gets copied from
the html/images.conf file, or from the html/images-metric.conf file.
It might be that yours is a copy of html/images.conf, when it should
be a copy of html/images-metric.conf.

Hi Deborah,

Thank you for the info. It helped point my in the right direction.

It's all my fault. When I first loaded on wview, I initially went
throught wviewconfig and wviewhtmlconfig. I didn't change anything
execpt for the weather station type.

When I finally got the weather station to talk (no thanks to a faulty
USB-Serial Conv.) I then went through and re-configured wview. It was
then that I changed Imperial to Metric meausrements but I did not use
wviewhtmlconfig so it kept producing the imperial graphs.

wviewhtmlconfig decides to use metric or imperial units when it is
executed and reads the wviewconfig file.

I ran wviewhtmlconfig again this morning and now everything look like
it should.

Thank you once again
