HELP: how do I disable WRITEROOM HOTKEYS plse?

Please HELP?  I stupidly set the following WRITEROOM HOTKEYS up on
installation & need to disable them immediately:

shift + o   for open inbox
shift + q   for open quickjot

Obviously I did not realise that these hotkeys would be universal -
i.e. I cannot type ANYTHING with capital O or Q in any other program
now without the WRITEROOM inbox or quickjot popping up annoyingly on
the screen!  :(

Since I actually am a writer with a heap of work on I cannot afford
not to able to use my keyboard fluidly.  At present I have to use CAPS
LOCK for O & Q which is clumsy & infuriating - especially as my NAME
even begins with 'O' !

Can you HELP please?

Are you sure that you are talking about WriteRoom? WriteRoom doesn't
have an inbox or a quickjot feature that I know of. Maybe you are
talking about TaskPaper, my other app... that has a "Quick Entry"
window that can be assigned a global hot key. To disable that open
TaskPaper's preferences panel and click the (X) to cancel the "Quick
Entry Shortcut" setting.

You're talking about ShoveBox, another one of the apps from the
MacHeist bundle. Click the little box with the arrow pointing down in
the menubar, hit preferences and then Hot Keys. Click the x's next to
Open Organizer and Show QuickJot fields to remove the shortcuts. :)
