Yes I also agree that it doesn't make sense to target both groups in one umbrella nor to include WM6.x in the mix. It looks like the goal of the group has shifted to be more prosumer oriented.

I doubt it's a good idea to target both developers and users - they are very different communities. That's why, for example, there's Stack Overflow<http://stackoverflow.com/> for developers and Super User<http://superuser.com/> for users, instead of a single Q/A site for both.

Honestly, I have no plan to do anything with Windows Mobile so I don't think it's good idea to combine both. :)
