I checked it. It is made by MSFT (which is not immediately visible, but is apparent when you check the presentation). To be 100% honest I don’t totally see the value over already existing solutions, and especially not why a new Codeplex project is needed when there is already the http://wpf.codeplex.com (which seems to be relatively dormant lately).

Wondering if anyone has more details about that.

Cheers,

Laurent

I 100% agree with Laurent,

Why not going on with WPF Toolkit instead of this bunch of XXXCommands and ‘personal implementation’ of RelayCommand?

I dont like this at all, This is sort of like a web sites navigation model, where you are only expected to have 1 active View. Our projects at work are not like this at all we have many views open at same time.

If I was going to go for a single View that you swapped out, I quite like Paul Stovells latest ASP MVC approach

Wpf.codeplex.com  is reserved for code from the WPF team.  It is dormant because they are heads-down with .NET 4.

This project is not by WPF team.  I think it is great that these folks want to share;  their efforts should be critiqued accordingly on technical merits; regardless of the fact that he works on Microsoft or not..   I do not know the codebase at all, and I am sure when I look there will be things that I do not like (as there is with most of my own stuff) and there will be things that I do like and learn from.   If it has the latter, then to me it was worth it..  If not, it will RIP soon..

Feel free to engage directly with Arun and share feedback.
