I know this has been discussed before but after using 2.7 trunk on both
my sites for a few weeks now (yes, I'm one of those who need my head
examined and I do it with every new version too:) I'm finding myself
becoming increasingly frustrated that there's no direct way to get from
a single comment (section) on the Admin's Comment page to the actual
associated post on the site, only to the "post in editor" so to speak.

There are times when I'd rather reply to a comment or a series of
comments on a single post from the that post's page on the site itself
rather than from within the Admin even if it's just to be able to refer
to the post that the comment is referring to (threaded comments are
great but will not be the best choice for all blogging situations). When
replying to several comments on more than one post it gets hard to
recall each post from memory as I reply. I end up thinking "Now what
exactly did I say?" while replying and there's no direct way to get to
the post in question to check without having to go search through the
site itself or go to the post in the editor and click on "Preview". It's
much easier to read the post on the site than it is in the editor. I
strongly feel that a link to the on site post needs to be added back
into the individual comment sections on the Comments page. To me, it
just doesn't make any sense to link to the "post in editor" from the
comments page rather than the actual on site post.

Just my humble opinion. Anyone else?

Yeah, I suppose I'm with you there. Replying from the admin is super
convenient, but if I have to refer to the post at all, it's nice to be on
the posts page.
