I never found one. When I was writing a WXR exporter, my best resource was examining the source of the WXR importer. That might be a good Codex project for somebody with more spare time than myself.

This is also a recurring FAQ, if you browse the list archive. WXR is not clearly defined anywhere, and I also had to look at source and write back my own class. Let's see if I can get that code back from my previous workplace... :-)
