Anyone recognize this song?

A friend of mine to whose YouTube channel I subscribe uploaded a video this morning and originally attributed the music to Selah (she has since removed that attribution). It’s a nice song and a nice video, but it’s definitely not Selah performing the song. My friend has the title as “He Lives”. Here is a link to the YouTube video. Familiar to anyone?
