Haribol, I've been looking at http://drupal.org/project/activitystream
and http://drupal.org/project/feedapi. Does anyone know if I can use
those (or something else) to get a daily post of my twitter updates as
a blog post on drupal 5? Pandu is currently doing it using a twitter
plugin for wordpress.

isn't there a dedicated twitter module? not sure now but i thought i
read something like that. i'll look later and get back here if i find it.

don't think that feedapi will be very good for your job; don't know
activity-whatever.

i was wrong the first time; of course, to import your tweets as blog
posts, the two modules you mentioned are the way to go.

i'm using feedAPI (not for twitter) and it works quite well--except that
mapping of meta data (author name, categories, date, etc.) usually
breaks when feedAPI module gets updated. (that import is handled by
another module from the same author, called 'feedAPI Mapper.')

both modules are available for drupal 5 & 6.

haven't tried activity stream yet, but with feedAPI you can choose the
content type the imported items are saved as, so 'blog' shouldn't be a
problem.
