Subject: worldOneateers, a important, difficult independent task
Greetings, y'all,

Corey, Chris, Eric et al have spent this morning putting together the
logo in the grass of the hill on Portrero. Round of applause for their
lovely work! Unfortunately, due to the fact that the hillside is
rather dry at the moment, we'd like to find a way to make it more
visible. We've come to the conclusion that the best thing to do is dig
out the logo, and the best time to do it would be before the third.

If you go up Portrero from San Pablo, you'll see the fire road on the
left side of the street, between 7701 and 7705. Park on the street
outside, as there is just a fire road there at the moment. Once you
walk over the crest of the hill and down a ways, you should be able to
see the first few rays from above the path, about 15 away. Bring
gloves and a shovel--not a dinky garden thing but the big real deal!--
and be prepared for hard going, and there are quite a few weeds and
rocks. We think it'd be best if you work in pairs, and we don't expect
it to be done in a day.

This task is best accomplished before 11 am, the earlier the better to
best beat the summer heat. Wear sunblock and a hat and good shoes, and
use good sense about what your limits are!

Bounce back a email if anything's not clear or you have questions.
